By placing an order with Who Press’d Press, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • We use USPS to ship all products. All orders placed will be shipped out within 7 business days.

    All sales are final. We are not responsible for the cost of replacing the damaged products. We accept exchanges for damaged item bought from our shop. Exchanges must be within 14 days.

    We are cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping. We will not refund any printing costs on jobs that are delayed during shipping.

    Client is responsible for reaching out to USPS if order is lost or damaged.

  • Who Press’d Press use a Risograph Mz 790U for it’s Printing Services. A Risograph printer is a stencil based digital duplicator. the Risograph is only capable of printing on paper no larger than 11” x 17” and no smaller than 4” x 6”.

    The following imperfections may occur while printing:

    - Smudging
    - Uneven Coverage
    - Tire Marks
    - Misregistration

  • A quote is good for up to 30 days. A quote is only an estimate and are subject to change depending on the artwork and extent of the project

  • To begin production, we require payment to be made in full. Once production has begun, we do not offer refunds. We accept PayPal, Square, and Check.

  • Our production schedule varies depending on the workload and scope of each project. Depending on our workload we may not be able to address your project immediately. We aim for a 1-2 week turn around for prints, posters, cards, and flyers. Projects that require binding and finishing services can take up to 2-3 week production depending on the extent of the work. Production begins after we have print ready artwork and receive a payment in full.

  • The Risograph can only read images in gray scale. All files must be separated into the appropriate layers and labeled in coordination with the desired color. Files can be sent over either as PDF and PSD documents.

    File Set Up Instructions is available upon request. We are in the midst of uploading them to our File Set Up Page.

    We cannot be held responsible for the following:

    • Spelling and grammar errors

    • Low Resolution Images

    • Design or color selection errors made by client or in the clients file

    • Errors in client-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity

    • Incorrect dimensions, image orientation, or file submission provided by client

    • Color match cannot be guaranteed without a hard copy proof approval

    • Delivery delays due to improperly prepared files, delays in client submitting files for print, failure of client to timely respond to questions or emails, or changes by the client to the scope of the work.

    • Duplicate orders by the client

  • We reserve the right to show client’s project on our Website, Portfolio, and Social Media unless otherwise requested. This includes using test prints from clients project to be used within our own products.

  • We offer free 1-2 color printing on our stock paper for Anti-Racist and Educational Materials. Edition size is dependent on project and stock paper inventory. If your project requires special paper, additional colors, or an edition size we cannot support with our current stock paper, we can offer discounted printing.


    Due to the size of our Studio, all projects being printed for Free Printing for Anti-Racist and Educational Materials will be added to our que of projects. We do not offer discounts for rush orders. We do not offer Binding or Finishing Services for free or at a discounted rate. Client is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Rush orders are subject to additional fees. A rush order may be requested while getting a quote. If the turnaround time is less than 10 business days it will be considered a rush order.

  • Once production has begun, we do not offer refunds. If production has not begun, but materials have been ordered all cost are non-refundable.
